By staying at Morris' Last Resort you also save on tax.  Accommodations in downtown Moab charge 12.5%, while our tax rate is only 10.2% (8.95% at the condo)!

Policies

2 night minimum required

Some amenities may not be available year-round. Please ask in advance. Amenities and rates are subject to change without notice.

Special events and holiday weekends are subject to higher rates and/or minimum nights stay. Please ask in advance.

Check-In/Out Policy

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.  Early check-ins cannot be guaranteed. Balance due will be charged on arrival day.

Cancellations

We understand that plans do change.  We respectfully request your advance notice.  There will be a $40 processing fee per cabin for cancellations, with the remaining amount of deposit refundable if you contact us within the required days of cancellation.  Cancellations not made within the required time of your planned arrival, or failure to arrive, will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Reservation Policy

When 3 or more cabins are reserved by one party, a sixty day notice is required for cancellations. 

Pet Policy

Maximum of two pets. There is an additional $10 per night non-refundable per pet fee. Pets are absolutely not allowed on the beds or furniture. There will be an additional cleaning charge up to $100 for excessive hairs in the cabin.

Pets are not permitted to be left unattended in the cabin unless they are put in kennels with a floor. Pet owners are responsible for any damage to the cabin and must also clean up outside after their pets.
